|Hidden Lake borders a no wake 24 acre lake with plenty of bass and blue gill. The lake is 40 feet deep in some places but, 20 feet is the average. Residents can access the lake from our boat ramp area. |
This lake is part of Hobart History. Hobart residents are known as the "Brickies". This lake was created by the excavation of clay used in the making of bricks. This lake is what is left from an old brick factory. The brick factory that use to excavate the clay was in business for a long time. The whole area is still covered with broken bricks of different shapes and sizes. There are old work shanties and railroad tracks from the brick factory still on the bottom.
The pool is now open for the 2014 season.
